Daily ZOOM Online Training

Hello dear members,

Here is the most important information about our online and personal training:

We expect to have to close by the end of November. But we keep you lost.

The online training takes place, more on that in a moment. Personal training in Lengerich is unfortunately only possible outdoors. In Glandorf it is probably also possible within, but I have not yet received the approval from the regulatory office. 
More information will follow.

Now about our training:

There are 3 rights, as you can currently hear from us:

Live online training with ZOOM. (Fixed times) It does not include training in the Book Courses area. A partner was charged for kickboxing and Krav Maga, but is not mandatory. The fitness courses are also all practicable.

Online training with our large video archive. (Free for members with a contract) It belongs to a license in the online training area. I can differentiate, want to and where I train, I have the Internet and a cell phone or heard ...)

Download the free ZOOM app https://zoom.us/de-de/freesignup.html. This app is available for PC, Android, tablet, mobile phone, smart TV ...
Book the course of your choice at https://www.kampfkunstcenter-lengerich.de/kurs-buchen/?w=/list-view as you would otherwise for the same training.
15 minutes before the start of the course will be sent by email. With this link you can start the live training from home.
