Equipment: 1 Chair / Box / Beverage Crate

3-5 Rounds / 1 Min Rest between each 7 Minute Round  (23-39 Minutes)

  1. Jumping Jacks
  2. Wall Sit
  3. Push Ups
  4. Crunches
  5. Step ups (Chair)
  6. Squats
  7. Triceps Dips
  8. Plank
  9. High Knees Running in Place
  10. Lunges
  11. Push Ups with Rotation
  12. Plank left side
  13. Plank right side
